How do I check in online with my airline?
Most airlines will only permit online check in 48 - 24 hours prior to departure;
- It is your responsibility to contact the Third Party Travel Provider prior to departure to ensure there is no change to the scheduled departure time.
- To check in online:
- You will need; generally:
- flight details
- airline confirmation code
- your valid passport or other government issued photo id.
- You simply need to go to the airlines website to check in online and print your boarding pass.

- With most airlines you can also pre-select your seats and review your baggage allowance.
- Depending on your fare, the airline may charge you an additional fee for these services.
- There are also fast drop baggage points / check-in kiosks at selected airports where check-in formalities can be completed quicker than the usual check-in counter queue allowing you to proceed to security.
If your airline does not allow online check-in and / or you are displaying errors when trying to check in, you can still check in at the airport; taking with you your:
- flight confirmation email
- your valid passport or other government issued photo id.
