What if my airline doesn't provide online check in?
If your airline does not allow online check-in and / or you are displaying errors when trying to check in, you can still check in at the airport; taking with you:
- flight confirmation email
- your valid passport or other government issued photo id.
How early you need to check-in varies by airline, departure airport and destination. Generally, you should plan to arrive at the airport as least:
- 1.5 - 2 hours for Domestic flights
- 2 - 3 hours for International flights.
Don't forget to take into consideration:
- peak travel times (Sunday and Friday afternoons, and Monday mornings)
- busy times (seasonal holidays and events)
- during significant weather delays and cancellation
