Where can I find the check-in / check-out information for my hotel?

Check in:

You can find your hotel's check-in / check-out times, location and contact details within the body of your confirmation email.

If you are running late; and especially after midnight; it is always best to contact the hotel as soon as possible to directly advise them and ensure they hold your room.

To request an earlier check-in time we recommend your contacting the hotel directly.

  • If approved, additional charges may apply.

We recommend taking with you:

  • copy of your hotel booking confirmation email.
  • government issued ID / photo identification
  • credit card for incidental charges and other fees that are payable at the hotel.

Check out:

You can check out any time before the hotel's check-out time on the last day of your booking.

Late check out:

We recommend that you contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out.

  • If approved, additional charges may apply.

Early check out:

Changes made to your booking during your stay could result in additional charges.
